The business is well-established with a good reputation among customers. According to the feedback, the staff is professional, helpful, and courteous, with many reviewers mentioning specific staff members, such as Oscar, by name. The business is particularly noted for its excellent service for luxury car brands, such as Jaguar and Land Rover. The quality of work is also high, with many reviewers praising the attention to detail and the fact that they use original spare parts. However, the pricing is not clear, and it's not possible to evaluate it based on the available information. The business seems to be innovating and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques, but this is not clearly visible from the available data. One potential issue that stands out is that of the reviewer who gave a 1-star rating, stating that they had to go back to the business three times and that two out of three issues were not resolved. This suggests that the business may have some room for improvement in terms of consistency and follow-through on repairs.
