Bionova Natural Pools is a home and daily service business that offers pool service, swimming pool construction, and sports and fitness services. The business has a website and a phone number, and it seems that they have a wide range of services, including custom swimming pool design and jetted lap pool construction. However, some clients have reported issues with the quality of their work. The business has a rating of 3.9, which suggests that they are generally well-regarded by clients. However, the quality of their work seems to be a major issue, with some clients reporting that they had to have their pools re-done after just a few years due to poor construction. Additionally, some clients have reported that the business was unresponsive and uncooperative in addressing these issues. The pricing of the business seems to be competitive, with some clients reporting that they were able to get a good deal on their pool construction. However, the lack of quality in the work seems to outweigh the benefits of their pricing. One of the biggest issues with this business is the lack of attention to detail and the poor construction of their pools. Some clients have reported that the business did not follow through on their commitments, and that the pools were not built to a high standard. This has resulted in a number of clients having to spend additional money to have their pools re-done.Overall, it seems that Bionova Natural Pools has a lot of potential, but they need to work on improving the quality of their work. They should focus on hiring more qualified staff and investing in better materials and construction techniques to ensure that their pools are built to a high standard. Until then, clients should be cautious when considering using this business for their pool construction needs. The business is located at Building 5, C. de Manuel Ferrero Street, Madrid City, and it is open seven days a week from 10:00 to 18:00. Clients can contact the business by phone or through their website.
