This place is a gem for those looking for a car rental service in Madrid. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with a particular shoutout to Adri, who was incredibly attentive and made the entire process smooth and easy. Many clients have praised the service for being fast, easy, and professional, with some even mentioning that the staff went above and beyond to resolve any issues or answer questions. The variety of car models available is also impressive, and some clients have mentioned that they were able to find the exact model they wanted at a great price. The company's commitment to being LGBTQ+ friendly and having a gender-neutral restroom is also a big plus. The only drawback that can be noted is that the store is closed on Saturdays, which might be inconvenient for some clients. However, the staff's dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in the way they have handled every situation with professionalism and care.Overall, Avanti Renting is a great option for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience in Madrid. With its excellent staff, wide range of car models, and commitment to inclusivity, it's no wonder that this place has earned a high rating from its clients.
