This workshop offers a wide range of services, from car key duplication to general mechanics, tire change, and guaranteed inspections. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they take the time to explain the problem and the solution in detail. The prices are competitive and reasonable, considering the quality of the service provided. The workshop is located in a convenient location, and the working hours are flexible. However, it's worth noting that the workshop is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, which might be a limitation for some customers. One issue that was reported by a customer was the lack of availability of certain services, such as the ability to make a copy of a key without having all the keys present. This can be frustrating for customers who are in a hurry.Overall, this workshop is a good option for customers who are looking for a reliable and efficient service at a reasonable price. However, it's essential to be aware of the potential limitations and to plan accordingly. The workshop has a 4.7-star rating from third-party ratings, which suggests that the majority of customers are satisfied with the service. However, there is one review that mentions a negative experience with the workshop. The owner of the workshop responded to the negative review, explaining that they had followed the standard procedure for key duplication and that the customer's key was damaged due to physical wear and tear. However, this explanation did not satisfy the customer, who felt that the workshop was not transparent about the issue and tried to charge him for a new key.Overall, while the workshop has its strengths, it also has some weaknesses that need to be addressed. With a little improvement, it could become an even better option for customers in the area.
