This location is a well-established and highly-regarded store in the Madrid City area, catering to a diverse range of customers. The staff is known for their excellent customer service, being knowledgeable and helpful, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, including the LGBTQ+ community. The store's inventory is incredibly diverse, with a wide selection of board games, war games, Warhammer, Dungeons and Dragons, and various other hobbies and interests. The prices are competitive, and the store offers a variety of payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. However, the store is not always open on Sundays, which might be a drawback for some customers. The main issue mentioned by a few customers is the occasional long wait time when the staff is dealing with a change of shift, which can impact the overall customer experience. Overall, this store is an excellent destination for anyone looking for a unique shopping experience and top-notch customer service.
