Arrebato Libros is a unique and welcoming book store in Madrid's Malasaña neighborhood. The store's collection of second-hand books, out-of-print titles, and independent publisher's works is carefully curated and offers a treasure trove for book lovers. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and happy to assist with finding the perfect book. The store's atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a pleasure to browse and discover new titles. One notable aspect of Arrebato Libros is its commitment to the LGBTQ+ community, being a safe space for all, and its focus on poetry and independent publishing. The store also hosts various events and festivals, such as the INDÓMITAS Fair and the POETAS Festival, which showcases the diversity and richness of poetry and literature. However, one area for improvement is the handling of returns and refunds, as evident in a negative review from a customer who received a damaged book and was asked to cover the return shipping costs. It is essential for the store to address such issues promptly and fairly to maintain customer trust. The store's online presence is also noteworthy, with a user-friendly website and efficient shipping and handling of online orders. The staff's communication and customer service are top-notch, making the online shopping experience just as enjoyable as browsing in-store.In terms of pricing, Arrebato Libros offers competitive prices for its second-hand and out-of-print books, making it an excellent option for those looking for unique and rare titles. The store's commitment to sustainability and reducing waste is also commendable, making it a responsible choice for book lovers.Overall, Arrebato Libros is a hidden gem in Madrid's literary scene, offering a unique and enriching experience for book enthusiasts. While there is room for improvement in handling returns and refunds, the store's dedication to its community, customer service, and sustainability make it a standout destination for book lovers.
