This business location has a reputation for being unreliable and untrustworthy. Most clients have reported negative experiences with the staff, citing poor communication and dishonest behavior. Some have even accused the company of being scammers, exploiting tenants for their own gain. Many clients have expressed frustration with the company's lack of transparency and flexibility. Some have been asked to sign contracts with unclear terms and conditions, only to be hit with unexpected fees and penalties. Others have reported difficulty in getting in touch with the staff, with many phone calls and emails going unanswered. The quality of the properties managed by this company has also been a major concern. Several clients have reported finding their apartments in poor condition, with issues such as humidity, mold, and broken appliances. Some have even been charged extra for repairs that were allegedly not their fault. The company's pricing policy has also been called into question. Some clients have reported being charged higher rent than agreed upon, while others have been asked to pay for repairs and maintenance that were not their responsibility. In terms of innovativeness, it's difficult to say, as the company's approach to property management seems to be largely outdated and inflexible. However, it's worth noting that several clients have expressed frustration with the company's lack of willingness to adapt to changing circumstances or to find creative solutions to problems.Overall, it's clear that this business location has a long way to go in terms of earning the trust and loyalty of its clients. Until it addresses the issues mentioned above, it's unlikely to be a reputable and reliable choice for anyone looking for a property management company.
