This location is a comprehensive store that offers a wide range of electrical products and services. The quality of the products can be a bit inconsistent, but the prices are very competitive. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent advice on various electrical items. One notable aspect of this store is its commitment to inclusivity, with a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and a gender-neutral restroom. The location is also wheelchair accessible, making it a welcoming environment for people with disabilities. However, there have been some issues with customer service in the past, including difficulty in contacting the store and a lack of follow-through on orders. These issues are likely due to the small size of the business and the need for improvement in their communication and customer support systems.Overall, this location is a great resource for people in the area looking for electrical products and services. With some attention to customer service, it has the potential to be an excellent destination for the community.Despite some isolated incidents, the store's response to customer complaints has been inconsistent, and some customers have reported feeling disrespected or ignored. This is an area that the store needs to work on in order to build trust and loyalty with their customers. The store's inventory is impressive, with a wide range of products available, including hard-to-find items. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to provide advice and guidance, making it a great resource for DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike. The store's online presence is limited, and customers may struggle to find information or contact the store through their website or social media. This is an area that the store needs to improve in order to compete with larger retailers and online marketplaces.
