This Alcampo gas station and hypermarket chain is located in Alcobendas City, Building 8, Av. de la Ermita Street. It offers a wide range of products, including food, clothing, electronics, and household items. The gas station has 4 fuel surrogates, with a diesel gas offering, and a car wash service. It also has a convenience store, and NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards are accepted. However, there are some issues that have been raised by clients. Some have complained about the poor quality of service, with long waiting times and unhelpful staff. Others have been unhappy with the pricing, as the discounts for loyal customers have been reduced or removed without notice. This has led to some customers feeling misled and deceived.Additionally, some clients have reported issues with the payment systems, including the failure of the auto-stop system and difficulties with using the payment terminals. This has resulted in frustrating experiences for some customers.Despite these issues, the location has received some positive reviews. Some clients have praised the friendly and helpful staff, and the good prices offered by the gas station. However, the poor quality of service and issues with the payment systems are major concerns that need to be addressed. One major issue that stands out is the inconsistent and unpredictable nature of the discounts and promotions offered to loyal customers. Some customers have reported that the discounts have been reduced or removed without notice, which has led to frustration and disappointment. This lack of transparency and consistency has damaged the trust and loyalty of some customers.Overall, this Alcampo gas station and hypermarket chain has both positive and negative aspects. While it offers a wide range of products and good prices, it also has issues with quality of service and payment systems that need to be addressed. With some improvements in these areas, it could potentially become a more reliable and customer-friendly location.
