Securitas Direct Madrid is a large and well-established company with a strong presence in Pozuelo de Alarcón. The company's territorial delegation is located in a easily accessible building, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees going above and beyond to provide excellent service. However, there are some inconsistencies in the quality of service, with some customers experiencing issues with their alarms and cameras. One notable issue is the lack of attention to environmental concerns. Despite the company's claim to be eco-friendly, employees have been known to litter the streets with boxes, packing tape, and batteries. This is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to sustainability. Some customers have reported issues with the company's handling of security breaches, with one customer experiencing a break-in at their business while under Securitas Direct's protection. The company's response to this incident was lacking, and the customer was left feeling vulnerable and unsupported. On the other hand, many customers have praised the company's innovative approach to security, including the use of advanced technology and remote monitoring. The company's products, such as the new electronic lock, have been well-received by customers who appreciate the added sense of security and convenience they provide.Overall, Securitas Direct Madrid is a complex company with both strengths and weaknesses. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have been left disappointed and frustrated. With a focus on improving the quality of service and environmental responsibility, the company could potentially excel in the security industry.Address: Building 25, C. de Virgilio Street, Apartment 2ª planta, Pozuelo de Alarcón CityPhone: +34900903355Website: https://www.securitasdirect.es/oficinas/alarmas-madrid/pozuelo-de-alarconWorking hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 23:00
