Mare Aura is a reliable and professional service provider that offers a wide range of services, including accounting, taxation, labor law, housing rentals, and inheritance management. The team is dedicated to providing high-quality services, but there seems to be some inconsistency in the level of expertise among staff members. The office is wheelchair-accessible, and clients can choose from on-site or online appointments, making it convenient for those with busy schedules. The working hours are flexible, allowing clients to schedule appointments at their preferred time.Despite the good intentions, some clients have reported difficulties in contacting the staff, which can be frustrating for those who need urgent assistance. One client even reported that their issue was not resolved, and they had to seek help from another service provider. On the other hand, many clients have praised the team's professionalism, expertise, and friendly attitude. They appreciate the personalized attention and the effort to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. One issue that stands out is the inconsistent level of service quality, with some staff members appearing to be more knowledgeable and efficient than others. This can be a concern for clients who are relying on the service to handle complex matters.Overall, Mare Aura is a solid choice for those seeking professional assistance with various services, but it's essential to be aware of the potential inconsistencies in service quality. With some improvement in communication and consistency, this service provider could reach its full potential.Rating: 4.2/5
