The business is located at a convenient spot, Building S / N, C. Moreras Street, Majadahonda City, making it easily accessible for customers. The wide range of services provided, including laundry and dry cleaning, home clothes, dresses, clothes repair, and cleaning service, meets the diverse needs of the community. The company 5àsec, which is a well-known and respected brand in the industry, guarantees a certain level of quality and expertise. Payments can be made using various methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it convenient for customers to pay. However, there have been some issues reported by customers, such as damage to their clothes, poor communication, and long waiting times. The staff sometimes lacks attention to detail and may not provide the expected level of service. The business offers long working hours from Monday to Saturday, which is beneficial for customers who have busy schedules. Nevertheless, the wheelchair-accessible entrance and car park ensure that the business is inclusive and welcoming to all customers.
