Madrid will once again become a global hub for equestrian sport as Madrid Horse Week returns from 26 to 29 November 2026 at IFEMA Madrid, occupying Pavilions 4 and 6.
After taking a break in 2025, Spain’s largest multidisciplinary equestrian event is back with renewed energy and major sporting developments.
First held in 2012, the event has become a prominent fixture on the international equestrian calendar. In 2026, it returns under the name Mutua Madrid Horse Week, with Mutua Madrileña as its main sponsor.
The biggest sporting addition this year is a third FEI World Cup competition. Alongside the established FEI World Cups in Show Jumping and Dressage, the programme will feature the FEI Driving World Cup, further strengthening the event’s distinctive multidisciplinary character on the international equestrian scene.
Alongside the international five-star competition, a parallel CSI event will give amateur riders and promising young show jumpers the opportunity to compete and showcase their talent.
The main arena will also host some of the event’s best-loved competitions and crowd-pleasing spectacles, including Pony Turf by AON and Porsche’s popular Jump & Drive challenge.
Food and drink will once again play an important role, with dining areas featuring brands such as Cervezas Victoria, Rodilla and Hamburguesa Nostra. The exclusive VIP area will return with catering by UZALACAÍN, a well-known name in premium event dining, and will also offer Virtus wine as part of its special gastronomic selection.
With more than 45,000 visitors and close to 300 horses in previous editions, Madrid Horse Week has established itself as one of Madrid’s leading sports and leisure events, as well as an international meeting point for equestrian professionals and enthusiasts.
