Autumn Festival

The Autumn Festival of the Community of Madrid celebrates its 44th edition from 6 to 29 November 2026, reaffirming its place as Spain’s leading event for avant-garde performing arts. Under the artistic direction of Marcela Díez, this year’s programme centres on the 250th anniversary of the independence of the United States.

The festival pays special tribute to the influence of North American culture on theatre, dance and contemporary music, bringing together international productions from Europe, Africa and across the Americas.

The programme features theatre performances, dance productions, live shows, concerts and other activities related to the performing arts. Events take place at venues throughout Madrid’s capital as well as in towns and cities across the wider region.
