This garden center, Viveros Rucat, is a large-scale garden store located in the Guadarrama Valley. The center offers a wide range of plants, trees, and other gardening supplies, with a total area of over 70,000 square meters. The company has over 30 years of experience in plant production and sale, providing personalized technical advice and competitive prices. The center is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent customer service. One of the notable features of this garden center is its wheelchair accessibility, including a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance. Additionally, the center is LGBTQ+ friendly and has a gender-neutral restroom. However, there have been some complaints about the quality of certain plants, with some customers reporting receiving unhealthy or diseased plants. One customer had a particularly negative experience, ordering five palm trees at a high price, only to find that one of them was diseased. They claim that the staff stopped responding to their concerns after they contacted them via WhatsApp.Despite this issue, most customers have had positive experiences with Viveros Rucat. Many have praised the center's wide selection of plants, competitive prices, and excellent customer service. Some have even commented on the beautiful and well-maintained plants and the helpful advice provided by the staff. To address the issue of plant quality, the center could consider implementing stricter quality control measures to ensure that all plants sold are healthy and of good quality. This could involve regular inspections of plants before they are sold, as well as providing clear information to customers about the health and origin of the plants.Overall, Viveros Rucat is a well-established and reputable garden center that offers a wide range of plants and gardening supplies. While there have been some issues with plant quality, the center's commitment to customer service and competitive prices makes it a popular destination for gardeners and plant enthusiasts.
