Based on the available information, it seems that Vende Direct is a reliable real estate agency that offers a unique concept of selling properties through virtual reality. The team of architects and consultants is knowledgeable and helpful, providing good guidance throughout the process. The agency's focus on technology and innovative marketing strategies is commendable, and the fact that many clients have been satisfied with their services suggests a high level of quality.
However, there have been some issues with client experience, including unresponsive agents, lack of transparency, and unresolved problems with rented properties. One client had a particularly negative experience, citing numerous issues with their rental property, including a low ceiling, mold, and poor insulation.
Despite these concerns, the agency seems to have a good reputation overall, with many satisfied clients praising the professionalism, responsiveness, and value of their services. It is worth noting that the agency's working hours are quite long, with extended hours on weekdays and some availability on Saturdays.
Overall, while Vende Direct appears to be a solid choice for those looking for real estate services, potential clients should be aware of the potential for inconsistent service and be prepared to advocate for themselves if issues arise.
