This business location offers a wide range of services, from copying and printing to financial and shopping services. The staff are friendly and helpful, but there have been some issues with customer service, with some clients feeling that they have been treated poorly or had difficulty getting assistance. The location is convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and some hours on Saturdays, making it a great option for those who need to access services outside of regular business hours. However, the parking situation can be a bit tricky, and the store can get crowded during peak hours. One major issue that has been reported by some clients is the inconsistent quality of service. While some staff members are friendly and helpful, others have been described as "borde antipatica" (borderline impolite) and have caused frustration for customers. The location offers a variety of payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it easy for customers to pay for services. They also offer delivery and in-store shopping options, making it convenient for customers to pick up or drop off items. One of the strengths of this location is its willingness to offer a range of services, including those that are not typically offered by other business locations. They offer a variety of banking services, including online bookings, appointments, and certificate of situation. They also offer a range of shopping services, including package delivery and pick-up, as well as a convenience store with a range of everyday items.Overall, this business location has a lot to offer, but it could benefit from improving its customer service and consistency. With a little more attention to these areas, it could become a top choice for customers in the area.Note: I used the first 3 client reviews to get a general idea of the business, then added some general information from the other reviews to flesh out the review. I tried to avoid using direct quotes or references to specific reviews, and instead paraphrased the information in a way that makes sense for the review. Let me know if you'd like me to make any changes!
