Este proyecto personal es el resultado de años de formación y dedicación en diversas disciplinas como Reiki, Shiatsu, Masaje Tailandés, Reflexología, Quiromasaje Deportivo y Terapéutico, Osteopatía Visceral y Sacrocraneal. Tras haber trabajado en centros como Ingenia Sport y Bhalasana en Valdemoro, sentí la necesidad de crear un espacio único, donde cada persona pudiera sentirse segura y acompañada en su viaje hacia el bienestar. Desde el primer día, nuestra misión ha sido clara: ofrecer un refugio donde los alumnos, pacientes y clientes puedan reencontrarse con su esencia.
