Servidauto Altea is a reliable business location that caters to a variety of needs, including automotive services and sales. The staff is generally professional, with some employees, such as Mihai and Javier, receiving praise for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The business offers a range of services, including repairs, maintenance, and sales of Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo vehicles. They also have a convenient payment system, accepting NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of service, citing examples of poor workmanship, lack of communication, and long wait times. One customer expressed frustration with the business's handling of a car repair, stating that they were left waiting for a vehicle that was not even clean. Accessibility is a strong point for Servidauto Altea, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking area. Their working hours are standard, with Monday to Friday hours from 8 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. While Servidauto Altea has its strengths, the business would benefit from improving the overall quality of service, addressing customer complaints, and providing a more transparent and timely communication process. Unfortunately, the business does not have a perfect score due to a significant issue - the lack of professionalism, specifically with regards to the staff's attitude and communication.
