Samper Motor is a reliable and professional workshop that offers a wide range of services, from general and rapid mechanics to advanced electronic diagnosis. The team is knowledgeable and efficient, with a focus on customer satisfaction. They provide transparent and detailed explanations of the work required, and offer flexible pricing options. The workshop is well-organized and clean, with a comfortable waiting area. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making customers feel at ease. They offer a range of services, including oil and filter changes, brake and battery replacements, and tire mounting and balancing. However, there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, as one customer mentioned leaving their car with a strong smell of grease and motor oil, which took weeks to get rid of. This issue is highlighted in the review, but overall, Samper Motor is a trusted and efficient workshop that prioritizes customer satisfaction. One customer had a disappointing experience with the workshop, citing poor professionalism and a lack of attention to detail, which led to further problems with their vehicle. However, this seems to be an isolated incident, and the majority of reviews praise the workshop for its excellent service and expertise.Overall, Samper Motor is a solid choice for car repairs and maintenance, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a wide range of services. While there may be some minor issues to address, the workshop's commitment to quality and professionalism makes it a reliable and trustworthy option.
