The first impression of Riera Racing is that it is a professional and specialized business in the automotive and motorsport industry. The company was founded by Xavier Riera, a pilot from Sant Esteve d'en Bas, and has since grown to become a renowned name in the industry. With a wide range of services, including sports program development and competition vehicle preparation, Riera Racing caters to the needs of car enthusiasts and professionals alike. The physical location of Riera Racing, located at Building 24, Carr. dels Martins Street, Sant Esteve d'en Bas City, is wheelchair-accessible, making it an inclusive space for all. The company also accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, for added convenience. Riera Racing has an impressive list of features, including a wheelchair-accessible car park, which speaks to their commitment to accessibility. The company's working hours, from 8 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm on weekdays, allow for flexibility and accommodating schedules. The third-party ratings and client feedback reveal a mixed picture. On one hand, some clients have expressed satisfaction with the quality of service, citing exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. These clients have praised the company's ability to deliver high-quality work, particularly in areas such as suspension, altitudes, and engine preparation. However, there are also concerns about pricing and transparency. Some clients have reported feeling taken advantage of, citing high costs and unclear communication about the work being done. These issues have led to a general feeling of frustration and disappointment among some clients. One notable issue that stands out from the client feedback is the concern about transparency and communication. Some clients have reported feeling that the company did not clearly communicate the work being done, leading to misunderstandings and frustration. This lack of transparency has resulted in some clients feeling taken advantage of, which is a major concern. Overall, Riera Racing appears to be a reputable and skilled business in the automotive and motorsport industry. However, there are concerns about pricing and transparency that need to be addressed. To improve, the company could focus on providing clearer communication and more transparent pricing to its clients.
