No somos un gimnasio, ni un box típico; en Crossfit Qlab entrenamos y mejoramos en comunidad. Crossfit QLab surge en 2014, y desde entonces nuestro objetivo ha sido mejorar el estado de forma y la salud de nuestros atletas. Nos adaptamos a tu experiencia previa, tanto si llevas sin hacer actividad física durante años, como si eres un atleta que busca mejorar su rendimiento y competir, en este box nos adaptamos a tu nivel. Si tienes ganas de entrenar en un entorno acogedor , que te motive a dar lo mejor de ti día tras día, este es tu box.
