Óptica Roma is a family business that has been around for over 50 years, providing excellent service to its customers. The store is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-friendly entrance and clear signage. The staff is highly professional and attentive, with a personal touch that makes customers feel welcome. The quality of the products and services is top-notch, with a wide range of options to suit different needs and budgets. The optometrists are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that customers understand their options. The store's inventory is well-stocked, with a variety of frames and lenses to choose from. One notable feature of Óptica Roma is its commitment to customer satisfaction. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers are happy with their purchase, often following up to check on their satisfaction. This level of customer service is a testament to the store's dedication to quality and professionalism. However, it's worth noting that the store's innovation is somewhat limited, as it primarily focuses on traditional optical services. While they do offer some modern technology, such as digital eye exams, their offerings could be more extensive in this area.Overall, Óptica Roma is an excellent choice for anyone in need of optical services. With its high-quality products, excellent customer service, and convenient location, it's a great place to visit for all your optical needs.
