NAIPE is a well-known store in Madrid, specifically located in Building 55, C. de Meléndez Valdés Street. Established in 1978, it remains a prominent reference in the board games world. The store offers a wide variety of games, including classic, social, strategy, and wit games, as well as decks, puzzles, and more. Customers appreciate the store's knowledgeable staff and welcoming atmosphere. The store also accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, making it convenient for customers to shop in-store or pick up online orders. The store's quality of games is generally high, with a focus on providing well-made and engaging products. However, some customers have reported issues with the condition of certain items, such as a customer who received a product that was not in its original packaging and had visible damage.Pricing at NAIPE is generally competitive, with many customers praising the store's reasonable prices for the quality of its products. However, some customers have noted that prices may be higher for certain items, such as collectible editions. The store's innovativeness is evident in its wide selection of games and puzzles, which cater to various interests and age groups. The store also hosts events and workshops, which adds to its charm and appeal. One notable issue that some customers have experienced is the store's inconsistent handling of returns and exchanges. A customer reported that the store refused to exchange a product that was allegedly defective, despite the customer providing evidence of the issue. This suggests that the store's customer service policies may need improvement.
