This business has a strong reputation in the community, with many customers expressing their satisfaction with the quality of the furniture and the professionalism of the staff. Manuel, in particular, has been praised for his excellent service and ability to understand customers' needs. The variety of furniture available is also a significant advantage, with customers able to find everything from bedrooms to living rooms. The assembly service is also convenient, allowing customers to have their furniture set up in their homes. While some customers have praised the quality of the furniture, there have been some instances of defects. However, the business has been responsive to these issues, with customers receiving prompt and courteous service. The prices of the furniture are generally considered to be competitive, and some customers have noted that the quality justifies the higher cost. The business has a good sense of innovation, with customers able to try out different furniture arrangements and designs before making a purchase. However, some customers have noted that the business could benefit from more diverse and modern designs. One potential issue that customers have noted is the limited opening hours, with the business only open on weekdays. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, and customers are able to schedule appointments outside of regular business hours.Overall, this business is a solid choice for customers looking for high-quality furniture and excellent service. While there may be some limitations and areas for improvement, the business has a strong reputation and is well-regarded in the community.
