This business has been a go-to destination for many clients seeking high-quality nail care services. The staff is known for being friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere for patrons. With a focus on providing excellent service, they often exceed expectations, making clients feel valued and appreciated. The salon is fully equipped with modern facilities, including Wi-Fi and a wheelchair-accessible entrance, ensuring that all clients feel at ease. Their commitment to inclusivity is evident in their LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender-safe environment. The co-brands, Miss Uñas Manicura, Pedicura Y Depilación, demonstrate a clear focus on providing a comprehensive range of services, including manicures, pedicures, and hair removal. With flexible working hours, from 10 am to 8:30 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 7:30 pm on Saturdays, they cater to a diverse range of schedules. However, there have been some concerns regarding the staff's professionalism, as evident in a few negative reviews. These instances of poor communication, unmet expectations, and even physical altercations have been reported. Despite these isolated incidents, the majority of clients praise the salon's efficiency and competitive pricing. Overall, this business offers a unique blend of quality services, affordability, and inclusivity, making it a popular choice for many.
