The business is a women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly space that provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. The staff is highly skilled and professional, with a clear passion for their work. The business accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, NFC mobile payments, and debit cards. One area for improvement is the potential for inconsistent quality, as one reviewer had a negative experience with a new staff member who failed to meet their expectations. However, this seems to be an isolated incident, and the majority of reviews praise the high-quality services provided by the business. The prices at Manuela Pets are very competitive, with many reviewers commenting on the excellent value for money. The business also offers a variety of services, including pet grooming, hair and spa treatments, and a selection of high-quality pet products.Overall, Manuela Pets is a great choice for pet owners looking for a reliable and caring service.
