Laborplus is a job agency for people with disabilities, aiming to help individuals with recognized disabilities find a job. The agency has a job portal where job offers are published, and a team of specialized staff in labor law selects the best job offers for clients. The agency emphasizes the inclusion of all workers, providing a supportive environment for people with disabilities. The agency's working hours are set from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 15:30, and it is wheelchair accessible. Laborplus works together with clients to find the best opportunity for them, and having a disability should not block them from the labor world. Despite some mixed reviews, many clients have reported positive experiences with Laborplus. Several reviewers praised the agency's professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to helping people with disabilities. They also appreciated the agency's job portal and the supportive staff. However, a few clients have expressed negative experiences, including issues with the agency's treatment of employees, lack of communication, and difficulties in finding suitable work. These negative reviews highlight the need for improvement in certain areas. A clear issue that requires attention is the inconsistent treatment of clients, which can be frustrating and disappointing. It is essential for Laborplus to address these concerns and provide a more consistent and supportive experience for all clients.
