This restaurant is a stylish spot that offers a fusion of Japanese and Filipino dishes, as well as a tasting menu. The interior is trendy and romantic, making it a great choice for couples or those looking for a unique dining experience. However, it's worth noting that some visitors have mentioned that the service can be a bit unprofessional, which may impact the overall quality of the experience. The food is generally well-regarded, with many options to suit different tastes and dietary needs. The portions are generous, and the menu changes seasonally to reflect the freshest ingredients. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food and the atmosphere make it worth the splurge. One of the standout features of this restaurant is its commitment to innovation and creativity in the kitchen. The chefs here are constantly experimenting with new flavors and techniques, which results in dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning. This is especially evident in the tasting menu, which is designed to take guests on a culinary journey through the flavors and ingredients of Japan and the Philippines.A notable issue that has been reported by some visitors is the inconsistent service. While the staff are generally friendly and attentive, some have mentioned that they can be slow to respond to requests or seem disorganized. This can be frustrating for those who are in a hurry or looking for a more personalized experience.Overall, this restaurant is a great choice for those looking for a unique and innovative dining experience. With its stylish interior, creative menu, and commitment to quality, it's a must-visit for foodies and adventurous eaters. However, it's worth keeping an eye out for any issues with service to ensure that the experience lives up to expectations.
