VivaGym Torre Picasso seems to be a decent gym with a good variety of equipment, including high-quality machines from Hammer Strength and Cybex. The gym offers a range of classes, including multifunctional training and intensive strength training, which cater to different fitness goals. The staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. However, the maintenance of the gym has been a major issue. Several customers have reported broken machines, poles, and poor cleanliness. The bathrooms are often in a state of disarray, with broken sinks and a strong odor. The gym has also been plagued by high temperatures, with some customers reporting temperatures of up to 45 degrees Celsius during workouts. Some customers have praised the gym's modern facilities and comfortable atmosphere. However, many have expressed disappointment with the recent renovations, which they claim have made the gym less functional and less enjoyable to use.It seems that the gym's management has not prioritized customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the long wait times for repairs, the lack of maintenance, and the general disorganization of the gym.Overall, VivaGym Torre Picasso has a lot of potential, but its recent decline in quality and maintenance has led to a decrease in customer satisfaction. One major issue that stands out is the poor maintenance of the gym's facilities. Broken machines, dirty bathrooms, and high temperatures have made the gym a less enjoyable place to work out. The management needs to take immediate action to address these issues and restore the gym to its former glory.
