VivaGym Rivas Futura is a fitness center located on C. Paco Rabal Street in Rivas-Vaciamadrid City. It offers a range of services and amenities, including a fitness room, directed classes, and a swimming pool. The center has a diverse range of equipment and facilities, making it a popular choice for individuals and families looking to stay active and healthy. However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the center's management and facilities. Some have reported long waiting times and overcrowding, while others have complained about the quality of the equipment and the staff's customer service. There have also been issues with the center's accessibility, with some customers reporting difficulties navigating the facilities due to a lack of clear signage or accommodations for people with disabilities. One issue that has been consistently raised by customers is the center's inconsistent and often confusing opening hours. Many have reported showing up to the center only to find it closed, even when the hours listed on the website or app indicated that it was open. This has led to frustration and disappointment for customers who have made plans around the center's hours and have been unable to access the facilities.Despite these issues, VivaGym Rivas Futura has received some positive feedback from customers who have praised the center's friendly and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the quality of the classes and instructors. The center's location is also convenient for many residents of Rivas-Vaciamadrid, making it a popular choice for those looking for a convenient and accessible fitness option.Overall, VivaGym Rivas Futura has a lot to offer its customers, but it falls short in terms of management and customer service. With some improvements in these areas, the center could potentially become a top choice for fitness enthusiasts in the area.
