Resumen

Todo empezó en 1977 cuando Emilio y Faly, además de unir sus iniciales para dar nombre a EMYFA, inauguraron su primer negocio de hostelería.Emilio nos dejó en 2011 y Faly sigue pasando prácticamente todos los días por las cafeterías y probando sus recetas de siempre.Además de mantener los clásicos de EMYFA, las famosas pulguitas, con más de 50 variedades, la inigualable tortilla española a tu gusto, croquetas de ibérico, ensaladilla rusa 1977… todo como lo hacía Faly, también han ido aportando muchas recetas viajeras como la hamburguesa Japo de vacuno en pan cristal, el sandwiche más que un mixto, wok de noodles estilo Singapur …Seguramente sea el único sitio en Madrid, donde puedas desayunar dulce y salado súper rico desde las 7am,
