Many reviewers have also praised the residence's commitment to creating a sense of community, with some reviewers stating that they formed lasting friendships during their time there. However, one reviewer expressed disappointment with the residence's handling of a situation during a falla celebration, which they found to be disturbing and caused anxiety to a family member.
