This dental clinic, Vitaldent Prosperity, is a well-connected location with parking and public transportation options available. The facilities are new and wheelchair-accessible, with three equipped rooms and a waiting area. The staff consists of 10 experienced dentists who provide a wide range of treatments, including invisible orthodontics, dental implants, and whitening. The clinic offers a free first consultation and diagnosis, as well as payment facilities and financing options. The staff is described as professional and amiable, with some reviewers highlighting the exceptional care provided by certain dentists. However, there are some concerns raised by reviewers, including one reviewer who experienced a negative outcome with their treatment, with implants breaking and teeth falling out.The clinic is LGBTQ+ friendly and has a wheelchair-accessible toilet. It is open Monday to Friday, with specific working hours, and is closed on weekends. The reviews suggest that the clinic has a high level of quality, with most reviewers giving it a 5-star rating. However, the pricing score is slightly lower, possibly due to the negative experience mentioned earlier. Overall, Vitaldent Prosperity seems to be a reputable and trustworthy dental clinic, but with some areas for improvement. One notable issue is the lack of transparency and communication with patients, particularly in the case of the reviewer who experienced a negative outcome. It would be beneficial for the clinic to improve its communication and patient care in such situations.Despite this, the majority of reviewers have had positive experiences at the clinic, praising the professionalism and care of the staff. With some improvements in patient care and communication, Vitaldent Prosperity has the potential to become a top-rated dental clinic.
