This business location is a medical center that has been operational for some time. While it has its strengths, it also has several areas that need improvement. One of the biggest issues is the quality of service, with many customers expressing disappointment and frustration with the treatment they received. This is reflected in the low quality score of 2.2 out of 5. In terms of pricing, the medical center seems to be reasonably priced, with a score of 3.5 out of 5. However, this is not enough to offset the poor quality of service. The innovativeness of the medical center is a different story, with a score of 4.0 out of 5. It appears that the medical center is trying to stay up-to-date with the latest medical technology and practices, which is a positive aspect. However, the overall experience of customers has been marred by a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and a generally unpleasant experience. This is reflected in the overall score of 3.0 out of 5.One major issue that stands out is the way the medical center handles phone calls. Many customers have reported difficulty in getting through on the phone, or being put on hold for extended periods of time. This is not only frustrating but also makes it difficult for customers to get the care they need.Another issue is the lack of availability of medical staff. Several customers have reported being turned away or being told to come back at a later time, even when they had appointments. This lack of availability is not only inconvenient but also raises concerns about the medical center's ability to provide timely care.Despite these issues, there are some positive reviews, with a few customers expressing satisfaction with the care they received. However, these reviews are exceptions rather than the rule. The address of the medical center is Building 27, Calle Ignacio González, 27, C. Ignacio González Serrano Street, Apartment 29, Collado Villalba City, and the phone number is +34918497139. The working hours are from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. The medical center has a number of features, including wheelchair-accessible toilets, entrances, and car parks. However, it does not seem to have a website or social media presence, which may make it difficult for customers to find information about the medical center or to communicate with staff. In conclusion, while the medical center has some positive aspects, the poor quality of service and lack of attention to detail are major concerns. It is essential for the medical center to address these issues and improve the overall experience for customers.
