CABLELUMINOSO is a pioneering and innovative lighting products store located in the heart of Madrid. They specialize in fabrication and leasing of LED NEON FLEX banners, as well as selling these materials to both individuals and professionals. The store also offers custom work and decorations with different lighting materials, providing a unique and creative experience. The store's exhibition hall and workshop are located at Calle Francisco Iglesias 42, near the M30, and prefer appointments in advance. They offer a wide range of services, including onsite services, in-store shopping, in-store pickup, and delivery. The store is LGBTQ+ friendly and has a gender-neutral restroom, making it a welcoming space for all customers. The store's working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The owners are responsive and provide excellent customer service, as evident from the client feedbacks. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, and their products are of high quality. However, one issue that has been highlighted by a client is the durability of their products, with one client experiencing a broken neon sign after less than a year of use. The owners have responded by offering to repair or replace the product, but it would be beneficial for them to improve the quality control of their products.Overall, CABLELUMINOSO is a great place to find innovative and high-quality lighting solutions, and their excellent customer service makes them a pleasure to do business with.
