Ayunarte te propone un retiro de fin de semana, de 6 días o de 8 días donde descansar, cuidar tu salud y reconectar contigo de manera creativa y en un entorno privilegiado.Lo hacemos a través del Ayuno Hídrico y/o de Zumos y Caldos Eco y en grupo, con supervisión experimentada y facilitación del grupo para apoyar tu sensación de seguridad, bienestar y acompañamiento en estos días.El objetivo es apoyar las cualidades del ayuno para mejorar tu salud tanto física como psicológica con el el trabajo de interiorización con que acompañamos el proceso. Así como de disfrutos de unos diás de bienestar y naturaleza. Estás invitada.
