The apartments are well-located, making it easy to park and accessible. They are very functional but very basic. The beds are comfortable and well-ventilated. However, they need a lot of attention: they need to check the mirrors, there are scratches on the walls, the lighting (especially in the bathroom) is scarce, there are no shelves anchored to the wall (be careful with this because if there are children it is very dangerous!). If they were a bit more careful, they would gain a lot. They also need to clean the outdoor patios because it's noticeable how dirty and neglected they are. If you go out to hang your clothes, you'll come back with your soles as black as the floor tiles.The location is excellent, with a drink machine in the street and a loud party at 2:30 am. There is no one in charge of the apartments to address the noise.The only good thing is that they are in the center. We couldn't even make a meal because the 4 saucepans were dirty and had mold and the frying pans were the same, only one was a bit better but was super scratched and stuck to everything. We couldn't rest because of the noise of a radiator that kept hitting and was annoying for hours. The air in the room didn't work. Don't even mention the real estate, it's not well taken care of, the living room table is scratched, the sofas are bad, the trash can is broken, the floor of the shower is scratched, there's no towel rack in the shower and of course they don't leave any sugar or coffee packets, you have to be grateful that they leave a cleaning cloth and that it's clean.
