Aceites Lorieta es una empresa familiar que lleva trabajando en la recogida de aceitunas y fabricación de aceite de oliva desde hace más de 60 años.Sus comienzos se remontan en un pueblo Toledano llamado Val de Santo Domingo, donde Saturnino con su padre Tomás alquilaban una antigua almazara empezando así en el mundo del aceite. Tras consolidarse su negocio, se trasladan al pueblo donde siguen en funcionamiento, Fuensalida.Gracias al esfuerzo y el afán puesto en esta empresa, en 1998 y 1999 lograron ganar la medalla de oro de la Gran Selección de Castilla la Mancha. Más tarde en 2001, ganarían la medalla de plata en la misma categoría.Actualmente, la empresa cuenta con una campaña de recogida de aceituna, producción y venta de aceite.
