This company, OUIGO Spain, is a subsidiary of the French state-owned company SNCF that operates high-speed rail services in Spain. The staff's attitude has been a point of contention for several customers, with some reporting unhelpful and unfriendly treatment. The cleanliness of the trains has been another issue, with some customers experiencing dirty and unsanitary conditions in the bathrooms. On the plus side, the company's pricing is very competitive, making it a great option for those on a budget. However, the strict cancellation and modification policies have been a source of frustration for some customers.Despite the issues, the company has made an effort to improve its service and address customer complaints. However, more work needs to be done to ensure a positive experience for all passengers. One of the most significant problems that customers have reported is the lack of consideration for passengers with strollers or other mobility aids. Some customers have been asked to move to less convenient seating or to exit the train altogether. The company's communication has also been a concern, with some customers reporting difficulty in getting help or resolving issues. It's worth noting that the company's innovation in providing affordable and efficient transportation services is commendable. However, it needs to balance this with a more customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for all passengers.Customers have also reported issues with the availability of food and drinks on board, with some trains running out of options or having limited selection. The company's commitment to accessibility is also an issue, with some customers reporting difficulties in navigating the train or accessing facilities due to a lack of accommodations.Overall, while OUIGO Spain has made some positive strides in improving its service, there is still much work to be done to address the concerns and issues that customers have raised.
