I visited the Eurofins Scientific location in Coslada City, and overall I would rate it 4 out of 5. The staff was very professional and courteous, which made a great impression. The quality of their services seemed to be good, with many clients speaking highly of their work. However, there were some issues with communication, and it took a while to get a response from them. The prices for their services were reasonable, considering the high-quality work they deliver. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to experience their innovativeness, as this is a more general characteristic that I didn't get to see during my visit.One thing to note is that there seems to be a problem with handling client data, as some clients reported having their data mishandled. This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.The wheelchair-accessible entrance was a great feature that made it easy for people with disabilities to enter the building. The working hours were convenient, with late Saturday hours available.Overall, I would recommend Eurofins Scientific for their high-quality services and reasonable prices. However, they need to work on improving their communication and data handling to meet the expectations of their clients.
