AMAFE, Spanish Association for Support in Psychosis, is a non-profit entity established in 1989 by family members of people with mental illness who felt the need to have an entity that could provide an integral and effective response to the mental health issues of their loved ones.Since then, it has progressively increased its social base with the incorporation of new members. Today, it is made up of over 600 member families, who in turn represent thousands of families with a member affected by psychosis or schizophrenia.We defend the mental health of people with their own experience and their families, especially in psychosis and schizophrenia.
