El Museo Marítimo de Mallorca tiene su sede central, las oficinas y el Espacio Educativo proyectado por el colectivo de Sa Galanía, en el Centro Cultural Ses Voltes.Desde la firma del convenio entre el Ayuntamiento de Palma y el Consorcio Museo Marítimo de Mallorca, en junio de 2019, los esfuerzos de la Dirección del museo se han centrado en acondicionar la estructura del Centro Cultural de Ses Voltes para poder instalar en él la sede central del Consorcio.Este espacio dedicado a la cultura y al patrimonio marítimo de Mallorca se abre a toda la ciudadanía, quien ha participado en la configuración del museo. Es un proyecto hecho realidad con la ayuda de la gente de Palma y de toda la comunidad marítima.
